Private mortgage investing steps
If the private mortgage notes lender says yes, the then private mortgage investor should do the following.

Call the private mortgage buyer back and have them draw up the purchase and sale agreement.

The private mortgage buyer will send the private mortgage investor the contract.

The private mortgage investor get the private mortgage notes lender to sign.

The private mortgage investor delivers the contract to the private mortgage buyer.

The private mortgage buyer takes over from that point on.

The private mortgage buyer notifies the private mortgage investor of the closing date. The private mortgage buyer will close with the private mortgage notes seller for $95,000 so the private mortgage notes seller will not see the fee of the private mortgage investor.

The private mortgage investor goes to the closing office to pick up the check separately.
