Radon testing is inexpensive and not difficult. You can do the Radon test yourself. All you need is a Radon test kit from most hardware store such as Home Depot. Home Depot usually has the best prices for radon testing kits.

The Radon test kit is made for people who has never done Radon testing before and is very easy to use. Run the Radon test as long as possible. After the Radon testing, send the canister to the lab for results. Radon testing results usually take two weeks. The reliability of radon testing can vary.
Give the Radon Test Result to Prospective Buyers
If your house’s Radon level is too high, you will need to fix the Radon problem. After you have fixed the Radon problem, you will need to repeat the Radon testing. It is advisable to provide your Radon test results to your prospective buyers. This will help sell your house fast.
